Despite imminent cuts to their core funding Art Shape is sending 10 of it’s volunteers out to run arts activities with it’s Art-in-a-Box resources to 10 care settings in Gloucestershire, including St. Oswald’s Retirement Village this ‘Making a Difference Day’.
Art Shape’s ‘Art-in-a-Box’ resource contains everything needed to run an arts activity including a step-by-step DVD, printed instruction sheet and materials and the boxes available on their online gallery website www.allsquarearts.co.uk range from introductions to watercolour techniques, bookmaking and stained glass effect without the glass to creating pretty paper flowers.
