Opportunity to Manage Art Shape's Adult Education Programme


Dynamic community arts based charitable organisation, Art Shape, is looking for a new Education Manager.  This is a unique opportunity to head the highly successful education department of the organisation.

Ideally you will possess knowledge of the arts, disability awareness, planning, organisational and budget management skills, written and oral communication capabilities and an appreciation of monitoring processes and procedures. 

You will need to be available to work 3 days per week on a flexible basis and have proven skills in the areas of education, strategic fundraising, budget management, planning and organisation, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and data reporting and overall project management. 

Salary will be paid at government grade 22-25 (£19621-£21519) pro rata per annum dependent on experience.

This is a flexible part time post and hours are negotiable.
