Art Shape have been invited by the organisers of The Hullabaloo Festival to participate in the festival and benefit from ticket sales.
Hullabaloo is an affordable 3 day family festival celebrating Gloucestershire culture; the very best local performers in music, comedy, poetry, children's acts and performance art, along with headlining acts from across the country in June 2012 on the Diamond Jubilee weekend. The festival will be open Saturday 2nd to Monday 4th of June with day time and evening entertainment.
There will be Real Ale and Cider, locally sourced food and a large craft market, exhibitions and performances from local clubs and arts groups (like Art Shape) and much more.
Camping will also be available (with extra entertainment until 2am) on the site at Burley Fields lake, off
Crippetts Lane, Leckhampton,
- Art Shape will be dressing the festival with large scale installations and are looking for creative volunteers to help out
- Art Shape will have a marquee (could you lend us one for the weekend?) containing an exhibition of artwork by their community art classes and will run taster art and craft workshops over the weekend
- Groups from their Adult Education funded programme of arts classes will be performing to the crowds
- Could you fund-raise to help us offer some of these groups their first camping festival experience?

As well as providing both adults and children with high quality entertainment the organisers also aim to support and promote local community groups, clubs and associations in the area with particular emphasis on (but not limited to) live music, arts and performance arts. They will also be raising funds throughout the event for Art Shape, a brilliant local charity. Its work with individuals, communities and organisations to combat exclusion from the arts, with a particular focus on working with adults facing barriers to participation, is a most worthy cause.

Once inside, the vast majority of activities and entertainments will be free of charge and we carefully monitor the prices of food and drink, so you won’t find any rip offs, unlike most other festivals!

The Hullabaloo Festival 2012 is to be divided into 2 main sessions ('Daytime' and 'Evening') and 1 'late' reduced noise session, on each day. The sessions that are available to you will vary depending upon the type of ticket you have purchased. The following tickets can be purchased for Saturday 2nd June, Sunday 3rd June OR Monday 4th June:
