Unique opportunity to join an established community arts charity in Gloucestershire - Art Shape


Dynamic community arts based charitable organisation, Art Shape, is looking for a new Education Manager.  This is a unique opportunity to head the highly successful education department of the organisation.
Art Shape’s Fine Art Group at the University of Gloucester


Ideally you will possess knowledge of the arts, disability awareness, planning, organisational and budget management skills, written and oral communication capabilities and an appreciation of monitoring processes and procedures.  


You will need to be available to work 3 days per week and have proven skills in the areas of education, strategic fundraising, budget management, planning and organisation, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and data reporting and overall project management.  


Salary will be paid at government grade 22-25 (£19621-£21519) pro rata per annum dependent on experience.


This is a flexible part time post and hours are negotiable.

Artist Tutors
We have extended our curriculum this year so will need more Artist/Tutors to teach drama, film making, art, craft, volunteering skills, confidence building, sustainability and small arts business skills. You will need a PTLLS qualification (or be prepared to undertake one), a formal arts qualification and the skills and attitude to fulfil educational paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
